Travelled to bristol for interview, it was a pleasant enough experience, got taken to interview room, everyone was pleasant. Sat in waiting room, other interviewees were there and I think I was perhaps slightly over dressed but never a bad thing.

It was long. There were different stages of the interview process which lasted for a couple of months. From doing a personality quiz, making video content, to making an edit with some footage that they provide. Last stage was a group exercise and an interview.
it was an experience that i enjoyed as i was applying for a job i'm passionate about. the video interview part of the process was also a great touch. i hope to get the job

Two step process at first with interview through a phone call and then eventually a call into the office for a formal meeting with several department heads so they can get to know your experience a little better
