Interview process to start was informal. Just a back and forth conversation where I shared my story and background. They were all very friendly. First interview they really tried to make it comfortable and open. We saved technical questions for the second interview.

Super informal 1st interview. We talked back and forth about my background, my style of learning, how do I handle chaos or multiple tasks, how I’m motivated. Some behavioral questions but this was just an intro really. I have a second interview coming up and will update.
