I was referred by a friend. I had an initial interview with HR where I did a series of psycological exams. After that I had an interview with my current boss where I was asked behavioral questions. After this interview I waited 1 month in order to get an offer for the job

I had an interview with the Human Resources department. They explained how the company operates and asked me basic questions like "Why do you want to work with us?" However, they didn't call me back after the interview.

Process itself is not hard but takes long time, very basic questions and answer. I did the interview with both department manager and Human Resources. No deep technical questions just 1-2 sql queries. There were a lot of situation questions though
