First I had an interview with HR. after a week, HR invited me back and this time I had another interview attendees were , Team Leader, director and HR. afetrwards last step with Manager.They asked questions to understand my motivation. They also indicated that there is an intense work pressure.
First of all they have wanted to know about my life. Then they haves asked about my last company and what i have worked about there. They could ask me what my capabilities are.
