Firstly, I met an HR representative and it lasted roughly one hour. As I am a new graduate, we talked about the projects which I did during university, my characteristics, my career plan etc.
Second interview was with the same HR representative, a person from the department and president of the department. They explained the details of job, asked me my expectations and aims.

Primero realizas un test que te mandan, luego tienes una entrevista con RRHH, si les gustas tienes entrevista con el/la manager y si finalmente te escogen vuelves a tener otra con RRHH

I had an interview with the Human Resources department. They explained how the company operates and asked me basic questions like "Why do you want to work with us?" However, they didn't call me back after the interview.

Process itself is not hard but takes long time, very basic questions and answer. I did the interview with both department manager and Human Resources. No deep technical questions just 1-2 sql queries. There were a lot of situation questions though
