Interview was pretty much straight fit and behavioral. Asked the typical interview questions like "why do you want to work for BBVA, what are you interested in, where do you want to work, etc."
3 interviews, with hr and a manager. As well as a cognitive exam and 2 tests of English and Spanish, to evaluate listening and writing. I have a final final interview with the MD

First stage is psychometric tests, followed by interview with HR and then final interview with a team that you're assigned to. Mostly behavioural and situational questions and interviewers were on the whole warm and amicable.

3 rounds - first being with hr, then interviews with the rest of team. Associates and final with the head of the desk. Remember being asked questions on fundamentals such as how do bonds work and recent market news event.
