Was given questions ahead of time. Process took about 45 minutes over Microsoft Video Chat with two interviewees. Before there were some questions that I had to answer online when applying. Also long Knowledge and "What would you do" type of questions that needed to be completed online prior to the interview. Needed to know about customer service as well as basic computer skills.

The process consisted of an email stating I was shortlisted and an invitation to complete a written assignment. A behavioural interview followed. You have to follow the STAR answer exactly.
