Interviews are easy but ton of interviews and no timeline for feedback and next steps. After 3 interviews and positive feedback, i lost my interest overall. U end up following up on weekly basis and then recruiter will follow and then u may get an answer. Sometime it feels like they are just creating a pipeline but have no interest in hiring. When u ask the leaders on their pipeline and growth then same conflicting answers and someone may get offended as well. So basically after spending good 3 months I gave up. Didnt want to waste my time with an organization who doesnt know where they are heading towards.
