Man wird direkt zu einem Case Tag eingeladen. Das gesamte Bewerbungsverfahren besteht aus zwei solcher Tage.
Der erste Case Tag besteht aus zwei Gesprächen mit Managern. Jeweils Fragen zum CV und dann ein Case. Cases sind vom Aufbau vergleichbar mit BCG Strategie Cases, aber es wird ein breites Wissen an IT vorausgesetzt um bspweise Kosten im IT Personalbereich zu senken.
