The process took close to 2 months with 2 rounds with MDs of 30 minutes and 2 case study rounds with SMs and M. One of the interviewer had no real understanding or background in latest ERP technologies or knowledge of Cloud or Analytics. Entire process was extremely dragged with no timely feedback. You have to constantly ask around for the progress, even though when recruiter had initially approached, it was portrayed like they want to hire and finish the process soon within a month. From all positive feedback to sudden reject, it was a sheer waste of time and effort. They are not serious about hiring folks and are not clear on what they want in candidates. Please don't waste time interviewing with them.
