Zwei virtuelle Gespräche mit kurzer persönlicher Vorstellung. Danach jeweils ein Case aus dem Bereich des Interviewers. Zuletzt eine kurze Fragerunde. Nach einer Woche kam der Anruf mit einem Angebot und Nachfrage nach Startzeitpunkt und Dauer.

Colloquio
Zwei Mal 1 Stunde, jeweils mit Case Study und Kennenlernen Part, Technische Case Study zu IT Themen, Vorbereitung empfohlen, ein wenig Material wird im Voraus gegeben. Nettes Gespräch auf Augenhöhe und sehr viel Möglichkeit Fragen zu stellen

I had the interview in 2024 and it was 2 consecutive interviews, each with one person for one hour. We talked about my CV and then they presented a case that they had experience themselves like this before. It was more like a discussion based on a real case than a typical McK or BCG case.

I had a call with a recruiter, got personal questions, and moved forward in the process. In general, the experience was positive now. I am waiting to hear back, but overall it is a good experience.
