I applied at BCG Platinion and got contacted by the HR to schedule the typical business case interview.
You got a buddy and got first the chance to ask your questions. Then you get access to a platform Case Coach to help you study for the interview and I got 2 weeks to prepare myself.
Overall, it was a very interesting experience and I learnt a lot.
The people at BCG Platinion are very friendly people and I don't regret going through the hard work as I learnt and met very nice people.
I failed at the interview as I overprepared myself and kind of blank out because of the stress. The business cases themselves were actually not that difficult. This was also a good lesson for me. Next time, I'll make sure to make more time to chill out while preparing for the interview and also very important to rest the day before and do nothing :)

I had 2 business cases.
The 2 business cases where inspired from a real-world example that they were at that time trying to solve.
The 2 cases where related to the implementation of an ERP system. How you would do that? (there you need to structure your problem with drivers) How would you solve the fragmentation between all the IT systems as we have done a lot of M&A and all the sisters companies have their own ERP.
What are the advantages of the Cloud?
Then I got also a calculation and had to do some recommendations for the CEO.

4 interviews, 4 business cases. On each interview you would need to pass through a stage of presentation, previous experiences, acquired knowledge during both university and previous jobs.
business cases are incredibly different but on the IT side you should expect classical ones like CRM/ERP integrations, Cloud architectures, PMO challenges, etc

1 online round, two in-person rounds of two one-hour interviews each. Each interview included a case part and a personal fit part. The case were typical tech consulting cases (tech DD, ERP transformation, cloud migration,..)
