Long and challenging interview process, follows the standard structure of x4 interviews in total. Round 1 was x2 interviews with principals, Round 2 was x2 interviews with MDs. Round 2 definitely more difficult than Round 1 due to more direct questions and unstructured cases (e.g. made up on the spot). Overall the process took roughly 3 months as they allow for plenty of preparation time.

Behavioral section of the interview was very much focused on previous experience (e.g. tell me about a complex project you led). Did not get any situation focused questions (e.g. how do you handle conflict).
4 cases in total:
1. PMI - Should they upgrade ERP to S/4?
2. Outdated ERP solution - should they modernise and when should they source?
3. S/4 Bus. Case
4. ERP Imp. risk assessment
They clearly stated that the ideal candidate would try to prolong the project as much as possible. They are not interested in delivering on time, but to squeeze the most out of a customer.

Esperienza deludente durante il colloquio in presenza. Il director si è dimostrato maleducato, distratto e poco professionale, consultando continuamente il telefono durante l'intervista. Tale atteggiamento ha creato un ambiente di interazione poco stimolante e poco rispettoso nei confronti del candidato. Il processo di selezione è risultato eccessivamente standardizzato e ripetitivo. I quattro step, focalizzati esclusivamente sulla risoluzione di business case, non hanno permesso di valutare a fondo le competenze e le potenzialità del candidato, né di fornire un'esperienza di intervista personalizzata.
