Process was good. Had no concerns with recruiter and was able to complete the interview in a timely manner. Did not get the job but was treated fairly the whole time.
The interview was a complete career history deep dive. It lasted about two to three hours with HR and a member of team that I applied to. Then there's reference checks.

Interview was conversational and it for each position started with "Tell me about what you did at company x", "what did you learn there?", "what were the challenges you overcame?".

For full time employees the process involves an initial screening interview followed by an in depth 3 hour “deep dive” interview. For contractors the process can be much shorter, often not more than a conversation.
