Overall interview process was standard. Many people have been with Davol for decades so it was a very traditional textbook style interview process. After a few rounds of interviews I heard back from HR within 2 weeks and they offered me the job.

Behavioral interview with small market sizing. Second round is group interview case study they fly you out. If not, interview multiple rounds behavioral with VPs. Not too hard, basic questions, really nice analysts

Colloquio
Klassischer Ablauf, Vorstellung am Empfang, Gastausweis, Abholung durch einen der Gesprächspartner. Begleiteter Gang zum Meetingraum, anschließendes Gespräch mit 2 Personen aus der Abteilung, in der ich eingesetzt werden soll und der Person, die ich ersetzen soll. Ausführliche Vorstellung des Konzerns anschließend ebenfalls ausgiebige Beschreibung der Stelle. Durch interessiertes Nachfragen zu den Betriebsabläufen wurde meine Eignung offenbar klar und der technische Teil des Interviews wurde übersprungen.

The interviews werenot technical. Every question was oriented about fitting to the team. First call with HR then with n+1 then n+2 and then with others members of the company.
