The interview process was done remotely through Teams, the interviews were with team members that role was advertised with. The team members were welcoming the interview was casual with tough questions related to the role, past experiences, and how they are applicable to the role being interviewed for. I was fortunate to get a second interview whereby I was interviewed by HR and senior management for the job role. Prior to this 3 exams had to be completed in mathematic, verbal reasoning, and personality.
