Overall the experience went well, interviewers were friendly, but I was not impressed with the overall operation. This was for a job in Baltimore and the hiring manager for a senior scientist position was fresh out of a PhD program - did not seem like the right fit for me. I was offered the job after a few weeks of waiting, and by then had already accepted another offer.

I was asked your typical behavioral interview questions read directly off of some generic list.
La procedura ha richiesto un giorno. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso BD (Raleigh, NC) nel mese di gen 2011
Colloquio
All day interview that started with a 45 minute talk with 15 min Q&A followed by a series of one-on-one or multi-person interviews. Everyone I met was personable and professional but I was not challenged technically nor would anyone tell me specifics of the job; questions were mostly "describe a situation where...". Lunch experience was underwhelming as it involved sitting in their on-site cafeteria with an unappetizing food selection, boring pleasantries, and excessive background noise. Final interview was with HR and I knew I didn't get the job when the rep spent the entire time BS'ing with me. The hiring manager said three weeks for a decision but I didn't let the door hit me on the way out.
