Three stages. The first round used a questionnaire to replace phone screening. The second one was with the hiring manager. The hiring manager was very friendly and provided informative answers to my questions during the interview. The final round was with three systems engineers from the team. One did not show up because of an emergency. The other two seemed like they were not interested in me at all. They were not responsive and asked questions about things that I just answered 10 seconds ago.
