In person. They required completion of a case study - given 48 hours to complete a financial memo. 20 minute presentation, 20 minute on-the-spot case study, 20 minute discussion. Interviewers were warm and pretty relaxed, did not feel intimidating.

The process was structured and took a few weeks, starting with a brief HR screening call focused on my background and interest in the role. This was followed by a first-round interview with a hiring manager that combined behavioral questions with some technical discussion around financial analysis and lending concepts.
3 rounds of interviews, mostly behavioral with a case study. The process took approximately 30-45 days and required a background check. Overall all the interviewers were great to work with and made you feel welcome.
