Short phone interview, then a trial day in the painting studio. Promised they would get back to me within 10 days with their decision, or that I could apply to be an assistant in other studios there. Never heard back despite multiple calls to them after.

Submitted my application via a craigslist ad, after a few email correspondences set up a phone interview followed by a 3 day paid trial. At the end of the trial you are either offered a job or you never hear from anyone again (so I've heard)
