The process was straightforward and conversational. 3 stages, including a final interview. The interviews were quite friendly and chatty. Emphasis on understanding the sector, their values, and how it's being used daily.

Simple interview questions and nice interviewer who made me feel at ease and comfortable. He explained the job role well and answered all of my questions with professionalism. Interview also moderated by another interviewer who mainly took notes.
