The process started with a phone interview which mainly touched upon describing past work experiences. I found the HR Manager to be awkward in her disposition, everything from her email writing skills to her interviewing skills. She barely asked any questions, did not describe much about the position when asked, and abruptly cut the interview short - The interview ended with, "Ok bye." No thank you, have a nice day, or I will get back to you.
