Applied online and received an email a couple days after inviting me to do the Arctic Shores assessment. I've never done an assessment like this before but they gave clear instructions and gave you an option to go through the instructions again until you were ready. The process was quick and efficient. I received my assessment feedback straight away and a final decision the next day, which I appreciated as it didn’t waste my time. They also gave some indication of why I was unsuccessful, which was helpful and not something all companies provide.

An enjoyable interview with a range of questions that encouraged interesting open discussions. Also included a group exercise followed by a discussion. An individual case study also included which was then followed by a presentation.
