Interview process includes 2 step interviews, First interview is conducted by the HR and the second is conducted either by the partner or the director of the firm. The interview is mostly based on the knowledge the candidates have about the work and the organisation itself.

From my experience, BDO's recruitment process moves quite quickly. HR often contacts shortlisted candidates on short notice. For instance, test results may be released on the 2nd, while the HR screening interview is scheduled on the 4th. This means candidates need to be prepared and flexible, as there is usually little time to prepare between stages.

The interviewer first asked me to introduce myself in English. After that, they asked why I wanted to become an auditor and what interested me about the auditing profession.
The interviewers are helpful and fun, and very responsive. It is a group interview and 3 people in a room with 4 interviewers, it started with an online assessment 6 questions, include logical thinking, and few problem solving questions and after that interview session started.
