HR starts interview process with reviewing your application form along with the items you are asked to bring down. You are also to attempt an open-ended question (really short question) in a few minutes.
Partner was quite friendly, and had asked some technical questions on construction contracts and explained about BDO's culture and environment.

Behavior question interview with three rounds of interviews. One is call and other two are in office. Office was with senior and managers and third round was with director and partners
1. Interview:
-Got both technical and practical question.
-Tell about working/ internship experience. Environment:
-Office building not too condusive.
-Dirty toilet.
-No people to asisst once arived at the lobby.
