Speed Interviews and 2 x group assessments. Very friendly staff. Graduates were very competitive. This was the first and last stage of recruitment. Be relaxed but don't forget everything you do and say is being observed

Online assessment, followed by a video interview, followed by a virtual assessment centre, followed by an in person interview. Felt supported throughout and had great quick responses in regards to next stages.

Partner interview was quite fast, whole process was about an hour. Interviewer is nice, helped me feel welcome and relaxed,. When answering the questions, interviewer didn't really care what you said, just recording the answer into the system.
