3) Accounting test (intermediate accounting level in universities)
4) Interview with audit department director (IFRS, ISA, real case problem solving)

6) Full process, excluding phone call, 1 day
I applied at Dublin, HR contacted me for 1st round mid April, had 2nd interview with partner on 1st week of May. After this they ghosted me despite follow ups. This was very unprofessional and waste of time and effort
Great process. Wonderful partners. Made it a very comfortable experience. We're very friendly. Explained expectations really well and guided me through the process, when I can expect feedback and process thereafter

2 stage with current department lead and internal recruitment team. Overall pretty standard for the industry and role. Felt listened to and understood throughout. Made easy and answered follow up questions when considering alternative roles
