I applied online per email (cover letter, cv, etc) and the process took 2-3 weeks. The interview lasts 90 minutes (HR interview + logical and verbal english test). The HR Interviews was about telling yourself, questions about strengths and weaknesses, where do you see yourself in 5 years, why tax. The logical and verbal english test were above easy to do.
