Apply during MCO period. Before getting interview, need to complete an essay so that they can evaluate your English writing skills. The interview was conducted using Microsoft Team. Need to make sure you know the Microsoft team well so that you know where to open mic and camera when being requested (because you will feel nervous if you can't find the button lol). The interviewers are quite friendly and feel relax.

From my experience, BDO's recruitment process moves quite quickly. HR often contacts shortlisted candidates on short notice. For instance, test results may be released on the 2nd, while the HR screening interview is scheduled on the 4th. This means candidates need to be prepared and flexible, as there is usually little time to prepare between stages.

The interviewer first asked me to introduce myself in English. After that, they asked why I wanted to become an auditor and what interested me about the auditing profession.
The interviewers are helpful and fun, and very responsive. It is a group interview and 3 people in a room with 4 interviewers, it started with an online assessment 6 questions, include logical thinking, and few problem solving questions and after that interview session started.

Online interview with 2 session, Assessment and group interview, the interviewer is friendly and kind, together with brief introduction with the professional paper from HR. Progress smooth and get reply soon
