online application which has specific questions regarding why you'd like to work at BDO, what values are most important, why that particular department, etc. then invited to a networking/assessment session with other 14 finalists. This consisted of being put into small groups and engaging with managers in 10 minute "speed dating" set ups where you were encouraged to ask managers questions. Then given a group hyperthetical excercise which was quite fun and asked to present conclusions. The whole process was very informative and relaxed and designed for the assessors to see how you engaged with others and present.

Colloquio
It was a video interview after online testing. It was a webcam interview so you were being filmed and questions were popping up. It was a quick and painless interview process. It was mainly behaviour and personality questions. Ensure you know why you want to be in the stream you applied for.
