It was a 2 stage interview process, with the 1st part being with a senior manager and director and partner in the 2nd part, the interview questions contained technical questions and as well as leadership and project management skills.

The interviewers were professional and supportive throughout the process, and it provided a good opportunity to understand the role and expectations better.
