Tests: The usual set of tests
1st Interview: a competencies based interview. Fairly laid back, not conforming to the structure at all times
Assessment Centre: Opened with group exercise in a small group - 45 mins. In tray/letter writing exercise, also 45 minutes. Then a presentation, one to one on a topic of your choice (how BDO can help), followed by a partner interview.

The interview lasted about an hour and included a mix of motivational and job simulation questions. They asked about my skills, previous experiences, and specifically why I chose BDO instead of the Big 4 firms.

It was an easy and smooth interview process with friendly interviewer who was knowledgeable. The assessment centre was also a good experience and all the rounds were very clearly explained to us and the group discussion topics were also interesting.
