Very organized, streamlined, and well communicated. They first send an email to inform the interview schedule if you are selected. You will then go through two stages of interviews. The interviewer was kind and considerate throughout the entirety of the interview process.

The interview process was easy and friendly. There was a two-step process. The first round was a standard interview which was going over my qualifications and resume. The second round was a much more casual interview, as if you were just talking to a co-worker. I was offered an intern position in the Dallas area but I had sadly decline as I wanted to focus on graduating the semester I was supposed to go work. The only thing that made me a little uncomfortable was during a prep video before the interview it was a little obvious they had AI create the video. However, I'm aware that's more nitpicking. The interview process was the best one I had experienced so far.
