First round is on site interview wuth the director, but before meeting the director, they gave me 5 set of written test, including grammar test, translation, and some aspects totally irrelevant to the role due to HR mistakes and I was told to complete all in 2 hours… and then it’s the interview with the director for about 40 mins, and she is late feom meeting. Second round is meeting with the partner, he kept asking me about my previous job in big4, how they do with the business, any partnership and the systems used. I think he wants the information of its competitor rather than really wanna know about me…
3 entretiens progressifs avec différents responsables, un entretien de prise de connaissance, un entretien d’évaluation des compétences, un entretien final de motivation. Le tout sur 1 mois. Chaque entretien ayant un objectif.

Primeiramente, contato via LinkedIn, para uma primeira abordagem, por meio de mensagem privada, depois contato via telefone, para uma rápida entrevista, e finalmente videochamada para uma entrevista em dia e horário combinados entre as partes interlocutoras.

Language skills were assessed. Salary negotiation was tough as the recruiter did not budge. If you decline, the recruiter may reach out again in a couple of months. Interviews with higher level management was rather grounded.
