Recruiter approached me quite fast after I submitted my application. We had initial Teams screening call, 30 mins, where we went through my experience, motivation and why I left previous positions. Second interview followed soon, with HM and team director. Both managers were pleasant, it felt more like a discussion about industry. Took one hour. Few days after I got a call from recruiter asking me for a feedback and forwarding me positive feedback from the managers. All felt well and then everything stopped. No communication for a month. I sent first follow up email, no response. Second, I got response that final confirmation from HM is pending. Finally received a call informing me that position has been put on freeze. That was it.
