A month after applied, received an email from BECU recruiter, asking for a phone interview. 5. The next day Phone Interview. 6. 10 days after phone interview. Another phone interview was supposed to take place. Instead, I was invited to an onsite interview. Two hours interview (2 different interviewers every hour - managers and future peers). Mostly behaivorial questions, very challenging ones, while everything is done in a very friendly and professional envionment. Just be yourself.
