Phone screen with recruiter, phone screen with hiring manager. The process took a long time. After a month, I contacted the recruiter to find that they had made a decision.

Ask preliminary questions in advance through email ->
Schedule a phone screening through email ->
Phone interview for about 15 mins (include Q&A session)
Applied online and then had one phone interview, where they asked technical and non-technical questions, it lasted about 45 minutes, and then a couple of weeks later I got an email confirming I got the internship
