The first interview was over the phone with their HR Recruiter who was quite nice and pushed for me to move to the next phase. The second interview was over Teams on screen with 2 hiring managers and I felt like one of the managers was against me from the beginning. They asked me the same thing twice when the 3rd GM came on briefly, and questioned my answer as if I was lying. I had never had an experience quite like that. I had waited over 3 weeks for the 2nd interview and another week after the interview to find out I was not what they were looking for.

3 total interviews- all pleasant , easy questions and had open ended questions. Smooth process and kind people. Explained position and expectations clearly - salaey was lower than others , but company is well known and local
