Colloquio
This was one of the worst interview experience. The recruiter does not even give a call and did not even reply in regards to compensation range and benefits.
They do a Karat interview via someone who is not even in US and barely knows the domain of work being done. The structure of interview did not align well for a Senior role.
I would rather like to know more about company, what things they are working on and overall culture before even spending an hour of my time giving interview.

BECU does their initial technical interview(s) through Karat. If you've not experienced Karat, it's hit-and-miss. One thing is certain though; Karat does not give you enough time to complete all the questions and problems to solve. The only positive experience with Karat is that they give you a no-questions-asked 2nd interview.
I was very excited at the prospect of working for BECU. I'm a great engineer, but the reality is I suck at on-the-spot, short-timeframe problem-solving. Virtually everything else I excel at. It's taken years, but I worked my way up to an SSE at my current company, I solve many problems, but I've never in my entire career been put into a situation where I need to solve complex, often math-intensive problems within 30 minutes. The way this industry has adopted the leetcode, hackerrank-like interviewing is an absolute travesty and it excludes some incredible people.
