Smooth interview process that was efficient and enjoyable. The process took a little less than a month, but it was conducted remotely due to COVID-19 and began just prior to the winter holiday so I expect that it took a little longer than usual. I applied on LinkedIn and heard back within a week. I interviewed with the director of my department over the phone first. This was followed by a video interview with the CMO, then a video interview + quick skills test administered by two potential co-workers, and lastly a brief cultural fit interview conducted by the CEO. I followed up around a week after the final interview and they made an offer the same day. The initial offer was excellent with the salary being close to the national median and a little above most estimates of the local median for the job title. Relocation assistance was offered as well along with solid benefits.
