Standard STAR format to align key characteristics with job profile. There is much concern about fit and placement based on education and abilities while not always valuing experience and exposure. The process is identical with most large companies and follows the 'flavor of the day" HR trends in tools and evaluation. BHP is typically a close follower of its peers in these realms - so expect what you see at RTZ or others - at least on the upper management & corporate.

Later, I had to complete a Video Assessment with various questions about my background and fit for the job, as well as a numerological reasoning test. The Talent Acquisition team reviewed my application without having any direct contact with them.
