Begins with telephone interview, then proceeds to group interview and "Mini" interviews.
All ask and require STAR type response questions. They will be based of BHP Core values that can be found off company website.
Completed a recorded one-way interview with five behavioural questions, allowing preparation time and multiple retakes. Using the STAR technique made responses clear, and the process was simple and easy to use overall.
The interview is easy. Need to record videos for 6 questions. Mostly behaviour questions. Need a good camera. Be prepared with the normal interview questions. Then if succeed will preceed to the online vedio interview
