I applied online, then they sent me a link to a programme (Hirevue) where they ask you competency based questions and you have to record your answers with the STAR approach. There were 6 questions, and you have 4 attempts for each of them to record a video (about 3 minutes each video). I don’t know about the next steps because I haven’t heard back from them yet and I’m still waiting for the outcomes.
