Decent, but some of the questions were slightly odd for my own personal taste. Personally, my interview focused on primarily teamwork, no questions relating to skills, education, or scenario were really asked. The folks conducting the interview were friendly. However there was no feedback given on the interview.

Approximately 40min interview with 3 employees with different positions within the lab. They were very friendly and approachable. You get asked questions about your experience, how you have used certain skills to manage different tasks and about the position itself. Although didn't get the job, they offered feedback after the interview which was really helpful in following interviews.
