The interview process was horrific. The job had been posted since November 2016 and earlier. An offer was extended to a candidate who turned it down. After my recruiting experience, I now know why. The company/function cannot decide what it is they want and or need. The current job description for this role refers to a Manager, Training Development which is very different than Talent Development. Several cancels, position posted, then put on hold, then posted again.
