The whole process was pretty straight forward. I came in with 2 pieces of ID, I took a competency test and then had an interview which was myself and 2 HR people. After some time in this meeting, they had determined that they wanted to hire me and I filled out some paperwork and was given a start date. All-in-all it was a little long, but done in one visit.
