To start off with, the company either flies you out or you drive to Tomball, Texas. For my group, they set us up at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel and had a shuttle to drive us to our interview at 8 am. After you arrive at the BJ Services' hq, you are put through a couple presentations where they might ask you a question about what they presented if they feel you aren't paying attention. After sitting through a couple hours worth of presentations, you are required to present on cementing/fracking and the challenges that BJ Services face along with your fellow interviewees. Once that's done, you have a few more presentations to sit through from BJ Services. Once that's done, you head down to the cafeteria where you eat lunch with the interviewers in an attempt for them to get to know you better. After that the interviews start, where you will interview with three different panels/groups (i.e. Hr, Engineering, Quality). Once interviews are done you have a lab tour and then you head out to dinner with the interviewers where you'll be expected to make conversation and show off your personality. Really important, pretty sure I failed my interview because I was too quiet. So make sure to sit next to one of the interviewers and talk their ear off so they know you better and end up hiring you. Interview ended up going from 8 am to 9 pm, so be ready for that.

applied online and someone called me from HR for HR interview asking about my resume' and what i did in my past experience and education. They told me that i will have the next interview with my direct manger and that will be all about technicality and then they told me that someone already got the job without even making an interview with me , i don't know if that was some kind of discrimination or just because they was tied on time .

Was contacted by a recruiter out of Colorado about the position. All information and questions were transmitted through the recruiter. Basic information was submitted and offer was presented. After initial review I spoke with the district manager regarding the position And expectations.
