There was only a single phone interview, where they asked a few questions about my availability and previous experience, as well as some situational questions relating to how you handle customers.

Straightforward and fast as there were many applicants, but expect to wait outside the office a long time. Some applicants went in and out within a few minutes and others around 10 minutes.
