Process is quick and a decision is typically made after the manager interview. The screening process is typically general job questions. If you have made it to the screening process then you will typically get an interview.

Wonderful, transparent process. Everything was exactly as I expected and was told would occur! The individuals I spoke with during the process were passionate about the organization and eager to answer any questions I had!

The overall process began with a telephone screen, followed by several group, panel, and individual interviews. The interviews were both straightforward and relaxed, and I was met with a sense of dignity and respect. Very thorough and fair process, which I believe gave me significant insight into the culture of the organization. This is a a very high performing organization, and truly talented managers are critical.
