I applied online and I was sent an email requesting a phone interview shortly after. I was excited because I had heard fantastic things about working at BJC. The phone interview was about forty minutes long. I asked about training and various processes and could never get any straight answers to my questions. I also asked about training on an essential job function and was told to “YouTube it before the next interview” and there isn’t a lot of training. The interview finished with an anecdote about the last person who was hired for this position and quit in one month. They set up a second interview without giving me the opportunity to decline which I had to do via email after our call. Probably the strangest interview experience I have had in my career.
